Chicken with Black Peeper and Salt

Chicken Chest Or 2 Boneless pieces
Table Spoon Oil
1/2 Tea Spoon Salt
1/2 Tea Spoon Black Peeper
1 Table Spoon White Vinegar
1 Small Cup Water
Garlic (As per taste) (Small and chopped or 1 Tea Spoon of Garlic Powder or paste)
Ginger (As per taste) (Small and chopped or 1/2 Tea Spoon of Ginger Powder or paste)

1. Give deep cuts with in in the chicken

2. Put Salt and Black peeper on it. Then put vinegar on it
3. Fry garlic and ginger in in oil and make them light brown.
4. Add chicken and water in it.
5. Cover the pan and cook till the chicken is ready.
