Pulao (Asian Rice)

500 g Chicken (Cut into small pieces) or 200 g pea
500 g Rice
1 medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Table Spoon White vinegar
2 Table Spoon Tomato Paste
½ Tea spoon Salt
½ Tea spoon Red Peeper
¼ Tea spoon Garam Masala
2 Table Spoon Olive Oil
1. Dip the rice for at least 30 minutes
2. Fry the onions in oil till they get brown
3. Put Chicken or peas in it and cook a little.
4. Add some water in it. Now mix salt, red peeper and garam masala in it.
5. Now add 250 ml water in it and cook till it get dry
6. Now add water (double than rice. E.g. rice is one cup, water will be almost 2 cups)
7. Let the water boil and then add some salt in it and taste it, it shall be little bitter
8. Now add tomato paste, vinegar and rice (take them out from water)
9. Let the water dry, when water is dry cook rice on low heat for 3 or 4 minutes
