Khand Qulcha

Ingredients
125 g all-purpose Flour (maida)
125 g Semolina (soji / soojee)
125 g Butter / Margarine / Ghee
125 g Sugar (Grinded)
1 pinch of Baking Powder (1/4th tea-spoon)
1 egg

Preparation
1. Beat butter and sugar together till they become fluffy and white (mixture 1).
2. Add baking powder in all-purpose flour (mixture 2).
3. Mix semolina in mixture 2 (mixture 3)
4. Add Mixture 3 in mixture 1 and knead it.
5. Prepare round shape biscuits.
6. Separate yolk of egg and beat it little.
7. Apply yolk on upper side with fork (don’t press)
8. Put them in preheated oven for 10-12 minute (depending upon oven)
