1/2 Kg Chicken Boneless (Cut into small pieces)
2 Medium size Onion (Chopped)
1 Table Spoon Garlic & Ginger Paste
1 Cup Yogurt
1 dl (100 ml) cream
1 Tea spoon Salt (as per taste)
1/2 Tea spoon White Peeper
1/2 Tea spoon Black Peeper
1/4 Tea spoon Turmeric Powder
2 Table spoon Oil
1. Fry the onion on medium heat in oil till they get golden. Now add Ginger and Garlic Paste in it and cook for 1 minutes approximately.
2. Add chicken and spices. Cook till the water of chicken evaporated and chicken pieces turned into white color.
3. Now add yogurt and cover the pan. Cook for 10 mintues on medium heat. Yogurt shall not be fully dried as it will serve as curry, if it get completely dry then add some water and keep cooking.
4. Add cream and cook for 2 minutes.
