1 liter Milk (with good quantity of fat, I prefer milk with 3% fat at-least)
4 Table spoon Lemon Juice
2 Table spoon Water
1. Make a liquid of Lemon Juice and Water (Liquid 1)
2. Boil the milk and when its boiling gradually add Liquid 1 in it and stir continuously. Water and Fat (cheese) of milk will be separated.
3. Drain out water and hang cheeze in cloth so water completely drain out from it.
