Potato, Egg, and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 potato (chopped)
Some Vegetables [I used peas]
1Tablespoon Oil
1 Egg
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt (as per taste)
Black Pepper (as per taste)

Preparation
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Fry potato and vegetables
3. Pour water (3/4) cup, mix salt and pepper and then cover the pan
4. When water remains 1/3, add Ketchup
5. When water / Ketchup is dry, add egg (without whipping)  and cook till egg mixed well and cooked.

Experiments
1. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
