Gulab Jamun / Milk Balls

Recipe 1
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon All purpose floor
2 Tablespoon Carnation Milk powder
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Egg

Preparation
1.  Mix all purpose floor and baking powder
2.  Mix Milk powder in it and then add oil.
3.  Put beaten egg gradually and knead till mixture becomes smooth.
4.  Make small balls and fry them in a medium heated oil
5.  Put the balls in boiling sugar syrup

Recipe 2
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon All purpose floor
2 cup (Medium Size) Carnation Milk powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1 Tablespoon Oil
2 Tablespoon Butter / Margarine
2 Tablespoon Semolina
1 Egg

Preparation
1.  Dip the semolina in 1 or 2 tablespoon hot water and keep aside. Drain out the excess water
2.  Mix all purpose floor and baking powder
3.  Melt the butter lightly and Mix Milk powder in it.
4.  Now add all purpose floor and baking powder in it.
5.  Add Semolina
6.  Put beaten egg gradually and knead (better mix slowly) till mixture becomes smooth.
7.  Make small balls and fry them in a medium heated oil
8.  Put the balls in boiling sugar syrup.

Experiments
1.  Instead of egg milk can also be used
2.  Instead of carnation milk, NIDO  can also be used
3.  Mix little sugar with semolina and it will gulab jamun black color.
