Quetta Chicken

1/2 k.g Chicken
1/2 tea spoon Black peeper (or as per taste)
1/2 tea spoon Coriander Powder (or Leaves)
1/2 tea spoon Salt (or as per taste)
2 table spoon Oil (or as Needed)
1 Green Chili (Chopped)
Ginger (Small Quantity and finely chopped)
1 or 2 Tomato (Chopped)
1/2 cup or 3/4 cup Water

1. Boil the chicken with black peeper, coriander and salt
2. Separate the chicken from broth
3. Fry chicken in oil and then add ginger, chilli and tomato. Cook till oil is released (start coming out) from the chicken.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
