Pan Cake / Malpura / Malpua

Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
2 tablespoon Sugar (or as per taste)
1/2 cup water (Medium size cup)
1 tablespoon Oil
Milk (1 or 2 sip or 1/5 normal size glass)

Preparation
1. Mix the sugar into water
2. Mix egg, flour, milk and water syrup and beat well to have smooth mixture. If mixture feels thick, add more water or milk.
3. Hot the non stick pan on Medium heat. Pour the mixture on it and move quickly to give it shape.
