Chicken Pepper Steak

Ingredients (for marinate)
2 piece Chicken breast (boneless)
1 Tablespoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Red Chili Crushed
¾ Teaspoon Red chili powder
1 Tablespoon Soya sauce
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
To taste Salt
1 Teaspoon HP or DP sauce
¾ Teaspoon Black pepper
2 Tablespoon Cooking oil

Pepper sauce
1 Tablespoon All purpose flour
1 Tablespoon Butter
To taste Salt
½ Teaspoon Black pepper
¾ cup Chicken stock
3 Tablespoon Cream
1 Tablespoon HP /DP sauce (if not available then use ketchup)
¾ Tablespoon Crushed chili
Small quantity Cheddar cheese

Preparation
1) Marinated chicken with spices listed above and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2) Heat oil and fry chicken for 10 min.
3) Heat butter with flour to make white sauce and add salt, crushed chili, pepper and sauce. Sauté it and then add stock, when boiled and become thick add cream and cheese.
4) Then add chicken to this sauce and cook it for 10 min on low flame.
