Tamarind Sauce

1 cup Tamarind pulp (Or Michelles Imli Sauce)
2 No Tomatoes (cut into 4 pieces)
1 Bunch of Mint Leaves
3-4 No Green Chilies (can be increased or decreased according to taste)
4 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Tablespoon crushed Red Chili
Salt to taste
½ Tablespoon Cumin Seeds


  1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend them well.
  2. Remove from the blender and refrigerate it at least for 30 minutes.
