Burger Petty


1kg Chicken Mince
½ cup Onion – Chopped
4 Tablespoon Green Chili
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons French Mustard Paste
1 Tablespoon Paprika Powder
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Black Pepper – Crushed


  • Mix all the ingredients and prepare the paste.
  • Mix the minced chicken in the paste. Use your hands to rub and mix the spices very well in minced chicken.
  • Give them petty shape.
  • Heat 3-4 Tablespoon Oil and fry burger petty.
