1kg Chicken Mince
½ cup Onion – Chopped
4 Tablespoon Green Chili
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons French Mustard Paste
1 Tablespoon Paprika Powder
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Black Pepper – Crushed
- Mix all the ingredients and prepare the paste.
- Mix the minced chicken in the paste. Use your hands to rub and mix the spices very well in minced chicken.
- Give them petty shape.
- Heat 3-4 Tablespoon Oil and fry burger petty.
