Chicken Shashlik

STEP – I Chicken Marinate
1kg Chicken Breast – cubes
4 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2-2.5 Tablespoon Red Crushed Chili
2 Tablespoon French Mustard Paste
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
4 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
4 Tablespoon B.B.Q Sauce

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and taste. If required taste is achieved, marinate the chicken and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes

STEP – II Vegetables
2-3 No Onions – Cubes
3-4 No Capsicum – Cubes
4-5 No Tomato – Cubes

Cottage Cheese
Prawns
Fish
Broccoli

STEP – III Shashlik Sauce (Mix all the ingredients)
¼ cup Oil
2 Tablespoon Thai Chili Paste OR Chili Garlic Sauce
2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
½ cup Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
2 Teaspoon Sugar
3 Tablespoon Vinegar

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and cook until desired consistency is achieved.

Preparation

  • Dip the skewers for at-least 30 minutes.
  • Put chicken and vegetables alternatively on the skewer
  • Grill it
