Temperature: 170-180o
Baking time: 40-45 Minutes

STEP I
200g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ teaspoon Salt

STEP II
½ cup (100g) Butter
1 cup (225g) Castor Sugar

STEP III
2 No Eggs
2 Tablespoon Butter Milk

STEP IV
3-4 No Banana
½ cup Toasted Walnuts
1 teaspoon Sugar Colored Trickle (Initial state of caramel) (Don’t use for banana cake)

Vanilla Frosting
2 packets Heavy Cream
6 No Egg yolks
1 Tablespoon Corn flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
50g Icing Sugar
