1kg Chicken – Cut into pieces with bones
2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tablespoon crushed Red Chili
1 Teaspoon Black pepper – crushed
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¼ cup yogurt
¼ teaspoon Yellow food color
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon Green Chili – chopped (Better to have its paste)
1 Tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
- Mix all the spices well and prepare a paste.
- Marinate the chicken with spices paste and refrigerate it at least for four hours.
- Grill it.
