Chicken Malai Boti


1kg Chicken – Cubes
2 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic
½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon Black Peeper – Crushed
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
200ml Cream
4 Tablespoons Yogurt
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon crushed Red Chili


  • Mix all the spices well and prepare a paste.
  • Marinate the chicken with spices paste and refrigerate it at least for four hours.
  • Grill it.
