Chicken Petty Burger with Jalapeno Sauce

STEP I – Burger Petty

1kg Chicken Mince
½ cup Onion – Chopped
4 Tablespoon Green Chili
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons French Mustard Paste
1 Tablespoon Paprika Powder
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Black Pepper – Crushed

  • Mix all the ingredients and prepare the paste.
  • Mix the minced chicken in the paste. Use your hands to rub and mix the spices very well in minced chicken.
  • Give them petty shape.
  • Heat 3-4 Tablespoon Oil and fry burger petty.

STEP II – Jalapeno Sauce
¼ cup Jalapeno Chilies – Chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper powder / crushed
Salt to taste

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Refrigerate it.

STEP III – Burger Sauce
1/4 Cup Tomato Ketchup
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Salt To taste
2 Tablespoons French Mustard paste

  • Mix all of them well, until a uniform paste is achieved.

STEP IV – Vegetables
Green Lettuce
Tomato – Rings
Cucumber – Rings
Onions- Rings

STEP V – Assembly

  • Toast the burgers in a fry pan and turn them slightly golden.
  • Apply burger sauce at the bottom of the burger.
  • Put the burger petty on it.
  • Put vegetables on it.
  • Pour Jalapeno Sauce and cover the burger with upper part.
