Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

¼ cup Cucumber – Chopped
¼ cup Onions – Chopped
¼ cup Green Chilies – Chopped
¼ cup Fresh Coriander  – Chopped
½ cup Tomatoes – Chopped
2 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
½ Tablespoon Salt (or to taste)
2 Teaspoons Mix Herbs
1 Cup Tomato Ketchup
¼ cup white Vinegar

  • Mix all of them well
  • Refrigerate it at least for an hour.
