Pizza Dough – Thick crust

½kg all purpose flour
2 Tablespoon Yeast
2 Tablespoon Milk Powder
1.5 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoon Oil
¼ Liter Water
1 No Egg
½ Tablespoon Bread Improver.


  • Knead the dough with all the above ingredients. Note: Use the yeast according to the instructions of available yeast.
  • Cover the dough with a wet towel.
  • Let it rise until double
