¼ teaspoon Carom
1 Tablespoon Coriander seeds – crushed (Kuta howa)
1 Tablespoon crushed Red Chili
¼ teaspoon Yellow and Red Color
1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
¼ cup Vinegar
- Give deep cuts on the chicken.
- Mix all the spices and marinate the chicken well.
- Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake in the oven at 220O without cover. After ward turn around the chicken and cook it with cover.
- When chicken is done, take it out and brush its juices on it.
