Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients
1kg Chicken
¼ teaspoon Carom
1 Tablespoon Coriander seeds – crushed (Kuta howa)
1 Tablespoon crushed Red Chili
¼ teaspoon Yellow and Red Color
1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
¼ cup Vinegar

Preparation

  • Give deep cuts on the chicken.
  • Mix all the spices and marinate the chicken well.
  • Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
  • Bake in the oven at 220O without cover. After ward turn around the chicken and cook it with cover.
  • When chicken is done, take it out and brush its juices on it.
