Making of Pizza Soleil

Pizza Soleil/ Sun Shaped Pizza


2cups All purpose flour/Bread flour
1/2 tbsp Instant dry yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Olive oil
3/4 cup Luke warm water


  1. Take the flour, dry instant yeast, sugar, salt in a large bowl, add the luke-warm water and knead for a while, gradually add the olive oil.
  2. Knead everything a soft and smooth dough, arrange the dough in a greased bowl.
  3. Keep the dough in a warm place for an hour.

1 Pizza sauce
1/2cup Chopped mushrooms
1cup Chopped chicken sausage pieces
Chopped parsley
1tbsp Oil
1cup Grated processed cheese


  1. Heat the oil, add the chopped mushrooms, saute for few minutes, add in the chopped chicken sausages.
  2. Cook everything for few minutes, add the pizza sauce, chopped parsley, pepper and salt and cook for few minutes until the sauce turns thick.
  3. Keep aside and let it cool completely.

Shaping the pizza

  1. Punch down the dough and divide as two equal balls.
  2. Take a dough ball and flatten it 1 inch thick, transfer it to a baking sheet lined over a baking tray.
  3. Drop the filling as shown in the picture and top it with grated cheese.
  4. Roll the dough ball again as an another round disc ( a bit larger than the first one).
  5. Take carefully and close the filling completely. Keep a bowl in the center, with a toothpick or a fork, prick a small round center around the edges of the bowl.
  6. Remove it and top it with the cheese.
  7. Now seal the edges of the pizza nicely with the help of a fork and cut segments as shown in the picture.
  8. Once done, take carefully the slices and turn them towards you, complete the same process with the remaining slices.


  1. Cover the sun shaped pizza and keep in a warm place for 45 minutes or until they get rise.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  3. Arrange the baking tray in the middle rack and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
  4. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool a bit.

Antipasto Salad

2 No Tomatoes – cubes
2 No Cucumber – cubes
½ Tablespoon Black Pepper – crushed
3-4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt to taste
3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ cup Cottage Cheese – cubes
1 Bunch of Lattice – cubes
1 Tablespoon Mix Herb / Oregano
½ cup Season Fruit – cubes


  • Mix salt, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil.
  • Mix all other ingredients well in the liquid.

Fettuccine Marinara Recipe / Fettuccine with Tomato Sauce


¼ cup Olive Oil
½ cup Chicken – Boneless – Julienne
¼ cup Capsicum – Julienne
Spring Onions – To taste – Green Part – Julienne
¼ cup Carrot – Julienne
1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Chili – Chili flakes
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper – crushed
1-1.5 cup Tomato Sauce
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
Salt to taste
2 Tablespoon Mix Herbs
4 Cups Fettuccine Pasta


  • Knead the pasta dough, and cut using Fettuccine side.
  • Boil the pasta with some oil in water and put it aside.
  • Take a fry pan and heat the oil in it.
  • Put chicken in it and cook it until it is tender.
  • Pour the tomato sauce in it.
  • Include all the spices in it and cook for a while.
  • Include all the vegetables, pasta and mix herbs in it and toss well.
    (If you want to cook vegetables more, include them before pouring tomato sauce and cook until tender according to requirement).
