My name is Khurram. I lived and traveled in different parts of world and tasted different cuisines. By profession, I stand among Information Technology professionals. Thus, neither I’m a practicing cook nor an experienced chef; although I took professional chef certification / diploma. Sometime, I invent a recipe or I search the recipes from different resources, including my mother, relatives, friends and Internet. Afterward, I try to figure out, which recipe or part of recipes can serve best or what modifications are required.
